2027 Rewards Voucher Redemption:
- Digital rewards vouchers can be redeemed at any Pro Shop or through the CrystalCaddy App
- Members are expected to download the CrystalCaddy app to access and use rewards rounds and loyalty points
- Valid:
- Anytime Monday - Friday {non-holiday}
- After 3:00pm on Saturdays {non-holiday}
- After 1:00pm on Sundays {non-holiday}
- *Excluding Ballyowen and Wild Turkey
- Upgrade fees:
- Ballyowen $65
- $45 Wild Turkey - No upgrade fee is required after 3:00pm
- Rewards rounds are for member use only and are non-transferable. Loyalty points may be used to pay for guests.
Important Membership Rules:
- A photo is required for the membership ID card. The membership card is required to redeem rounds and receive discounts
- 24-hour advance notice is required for tee time cancellations or reductions. Reservations not cancelled or reduced at least 24 hours in advance will be charged the full public rate for the affected reservation.
- Membership benefits and Rewards Vouchers expire at the end of the 2027 golf season.
Please Note: Day, Time & Course Restrictions apply for Rewards Round and Loyalty Point Redemptions.
The 2026 Loyalty Program rules and regulations will remain in effect through December 31, 2026. At that time, all remaining points for active 2027 Rewards Members will be transferred to the CrystalCaddy App.

- Membership will become active immediately and 3 rounds will be added to profile with 5 days.
