All Gift Cards are resort-wide and can be used on property at any Resort location for Hotel, Spa, Dining, Golf or Retail.
PLEASE NOTE: Resort gift cards cannot be used as payment for online purchases, memberships or group events. Gift cards, daycation and vacation pass offers are non-refundable.
All physical gift cards will be processed daily by 4pm ET. Any physical gift cards purchased after 4pm ET will be processed during the next day. Physical gift cards are then sent by first class mail, which should take up to 5 business days according to the USPS, however, we recommend allowing for extra time during holiday seasons.
All e-Gift Cards will be processed daily by 4pm ET. Any e-Gift Cards purchased after 4pm ET will be processed during the next day.
