Gift cards can be used towards:
- Overnight stays at Grand Cascades Lodge or Minerals Hotel
- Greens Fees at at any of our award-winning golf courses - Ballyowen, Black Bear, Cascades, Crystal Springs, Minerals & Wild Turkey
- Pro Shop Merchandise at any Resort Course
- Spa Treatments and Spa Products at Elements Spa or Reflections Spa
- Dining at any Resort dining outlets

PLEASE NOTE: Resort gift cards can be used to pay for Hotel, Spa, Golf & Dining while on property, but they cannot be used for prepaid online purchases, Memberships or Group Events. Gift Cards are usually processed in 1-2 business days and are then sent by first class mail, which should take up to 3 business days according to the USPS, but we recommend allowing for extra time during holiday seasons.
All e-Gift Cards will be processed daily by 4pm ET. Any e-Gift Cards purchased after 4pm ET will be processed during the next day.
